  • WHAT IS ISO9001?
    ISO 9001 is a standard that establishes the requirements for a quality management system. It helps companies and organizations to be more efficient and improve customer satisfaction. The current version of the standard is ISO 9001:2015.
  • WHAT IS A QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM?
    A quality management system is a way of defining how an organization can meet the requirements of its customers and other interested parties affected by its work. ISO 9001 is based on the idea of continual improvement. It does not specify what the goals related to "quality" or "meeting customer needs" should be, but requires organizations to define these goals themselves and continually improve their processes to achieve them.
  • WHO IS ISO 9001 FOR?
    ISO 9001 is suitable for organizations of all types, sizes and sectors. In fact, one of the key improvements of ISO 9001:2015 was to make it more applicable and accessible to all types of businesses.​ Smaller companies that do not have a dedicated quality staff can still enjoy the benefits of implementing the standard – ISO has many resources to help them.
  • WHAT STANDARDS DO WE CERTIFY?
    We currently certify ISO 9001:2015. And ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 are in the accreditation process.

    Implementing a quality management system will help you: Assess the broader context of your organization to define who is affected by your work and what is expected of you.   • HOW DO I GET STARTED WITH ISO 9001:2015?
    Tip 1 - Define your goals. Why do you want to implement the standard?. Tip 2: Make sure senior management is on board. It is crucial that everyone supports the initiative and its goals.​ Tip 3: Identify your organization's key processes to meet your goals and customer needs. Within each of these processes, make sure you understand your customers' requirements and can ensure they are met. This will form the basis of your quality management system.
  • HOW MUCH DOES THE CERTIFICATION COST?
    The cost of certification depends on several factors such as the size of the company, its scope and the number of employees, among other factors.​ Request your quote.
  • WHAT IS THE CERTIFICATION PROCESS?
    At A&EE Certificación Internacional, S.A. of C.V. We know that each business partner deserves personalized treatment, which is why we have designed a Lean process to facilitate certification in their management system.
  • ¿CUÁNTO TIEMPO DEBE TRANSCURRIR ENTRE LA AUDITORÍA DE ETAPA 1 Y LA AUDITORÍA DE ETAPA 2?
    El intervalo entre la Etapa 1 y la Etapa 2, por Procedimiento Interno de A&EE Certificación Internacional, S.A. de C.V., es de 60 días naturales. Sin embargo, se deben considerar las necesidades del Cliente para resolver los problemas identificados en la Etapa 1 y que éstos pudieran impactar al Sistema de Gestión; derivado de esto, se deberá considerar repetir la Etapa 1 o una parte de ella (costo no incluido inicialmente). Se debe informar al Cliente de los resultados de la Etapa 1, los cuales pueden conducir al aplazamiento o cancelación de la Etapa 2.
